There are many ways to learn. Probably the worst way would be to sit and endure somebody trying to fill your head with facts…

It was Isaac Newton who asked this question after seeing an apple fall from a tree: “Why should it descend perpendicularly to the ground? Why should it not go sideways, or upwards?”

There is a world of difference between Speed and Haste.

Haste is what the Hare suffered from, according to Aesop’s fable.

As a teacher, I have had the opportunity to witness the collective frustration and embarrassment of nearly whole classrooms of students who could not see the right answer – sometimes, even after having all of the Fs pointed out.
